Refund Policy
1. Booking Cancellation
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are not eligible for any refund.
2. No-show Policy
- Guests who do not show up on the day of check-in without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
3. Early Check-out
- No refunds will be provided for early check-outs once the guest has checked in.
- Guests are encouraged to plan their stay accordingly.
4. Force Majeure
- In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events, refunds will be processed based on the situation and management’s discretion.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.
